Using Zelle

Zelle is the ONLY form of payment I accept in order to eliminate credit card and order platform fees

Step 1: Sign into your online banking account

• Navigating your online banking is easier on a computer, however you can also use your phone

Step 2: Click on "send money with Zelle"

• This option may appear on your home screen, or you can go under "pay and transfer" and then navigate to "send money with Zelle"

Step 3: You should see a notification at the "Activity" section, click on "Activity"

• The request will be from Sugar Grove Sourdough or Ella Kuffel

Step 4: Click on the request

Step 5: Confirm that the items listed in the "Memo" are the items that you ordered

• If an item that you ordered is not listed, it has already sold out. You should have received an email that I could not fulfill all, or some of your order

Step 5: Accept Zelle request (Zelle will ask you multiple times to accept)
